    Let the present age of Kim be ‘k’ years. Thus, the present age of Jerry = ‘3k’ years. Let the present age of Leo be ‘k + 4’ years. ATQ, (3k + 4) = 2.5 × (k + 4 + 4), Or, 3k + 4 = 2.5k + 20, Or, 3k – 2.5k = 20 - 4, Or, k = 16, Therefore, 3k = 48. Therefore, the current age of Jerry = 48 years.
