Age of Raj 10 years ago = 2x−5 years Age of Anil now = x+10 Age of Sunil now = 2x+10 Four years hence: Age of Anil = x+10+4=x+14 Age of Raj = 2x+10+4−5=2x+9 Given: Solving the equation: 4×(x+14)=3×(2x+9) 4x+56=6x+27 6x−4x=56−27 x=14.5 Since 11 is the smallest two-digit odd number: Age of Anil, 11 years hence = x+10+11=14.5+10+11=35.5 years.
