    Let the present ages of Shivani and Shilpa be 7x years and 5x years, respectively. Present age of Shipra = (5x – 5) × 1.20 = 6x – 6 years So according to question: 7x + 5x + 6x – 6 = 3 × (5x + 2) 18x – 6 = 15x + 6 3x = 12, x = 4 So the present age of Shivani = 7 × 4 = 28 years
