    Given – 4x+y =5 4x +4y =20 (both side squaring) 42x +42y+2×4x×4y =400 42x +42y+2 ×4x+y =400             (Put the value of 4x+y) 42x +42y+2 ×64 =400 42x +42y =400-128=272           … (1) Then now- 4x-y +4y-x =4x/4y +4y/4x               (take LCM) = (42x +42y)/ (4x×4y) =272/64 =4.25
