    ATQ, Initial total contribution of 25 members = 25 X 8400 = 2,10,000 New total contribution of all 25 members = Rs. 2,25,000 Total increase in contribution = 225000 - 210000 = Rs. 15,000 So, X = (15000/25) = 600 So, 2X + 40% of X = 2 X 600 + 0.40 X 600 = 1200 + 240 = 1440
