    ATQ, 12 employees and 2 managers went for the picnic which means that 20 employees and 4 managers did not go to the picnic. Total weight of 12 employees who went for picnic = 38 × 32 – 35 × 20 = 1216 – 700 = 516 kg Total weight of 2 managers who went for picnic = 62 × 6 – 61 × 4 = 128 kg Total weight of all the people who went for the picnic = 516 + 128 = 644 kg Required average = 644/14 = 46 kg
