    Vinay is Rs. 90 lacs. The value of the property of Anil is Rs. 30 lacs less than the value of the property of Sunil, and Rs. 15 lacs less than the value of the property of Vinay. Find the value of the property of Vinay.

    According to the question, Total value of the property of Anil, Sunil, and Vinay = 90 × 3 = Rs. 270 lacs Let the value of the property of Sunil = Rs. x lacs The value of the property of Anil = Rs. (x – 30) lacs The value of the property of Vinay = Rs. (x – 30 + 15) lacs x + x – 30 + x – 15 = 270 3x – 45 = 270 3x = 270 + 45 3x = 315 x = Rs. 105 lacs The value of the property of Vinay = 105 – 15 = Rs. 90 lacs
