    If 3 (odd) numbers are in AP then middle term will be its average. As ‘Anoop’ is youngest and ‘Rakesh’ is eldest among them So ‘Bhanu’ will be in middle So, age of ‘Bhanu’ = 40 years Required ratio = (40 + 8) : (24 + 8) = 48:32 = 3:2
