    Let the speed of boat in still water =B and speed of stream =S then Speed of Boat in Downstream =B+S = 35/2=17.5km/h Speed of Boat in upstream = B-S = 35/7 =5km/h Then now speed of boat in still water = B = (17.5+5)/2 =22.5/2=11.25km/h
