    Answer the questions based on the information given below: A Pizza shop offers three different sizes of Pizzas i.e. Large, Medium and Regular. The line graph below shows the total number of Pizzas baked, sum of large and medium sized Pizzas baked and difference between number of large and regular sized Pizzas baked by the shop on four different days. Note: On each day number of regular sized Pizzas baked was more than number of large sized Pizzas baked.

    If the shop sold 60% of the total number of pizzas baked

    by it on the day on which number of regular sized pizzas baked by it is maximum, then find the number of pizzas sold by the shop on the given day.

    For Thursday: Total number of Pizzas baked = 160 Sum of the large and medium sized Pizzas baked = 110 So, number of regular sized Pizzas baked = 160 – 110 = 50 Number of regular sized Pizzas baked - Number of large sized cakes baked = 40 Number of large sized Pizzas baked = 50 – 40 = 10 Number of medium sized Pizzas baked = 110 – 10 = 100 Similarly, we can find the required data for the other days too. Maximum number of regular sized pizzas was baked on Friday i.e. 70. Number of pizzas sold by the shop on Friday = (60/100) × 70 = 42
