    Quantity I. The perimeter of the triangle = 17 + 13 + 23 = 53 cm Quantity II. Side of the square = Diagonal/√2 = (19√2)/√2 = 19 cm The perimeter of the square = 19 × 4 = 76 cm Hence Quantity I < Quantity II
