    I. 8/(√x) + 6/(√x) = √ x    ⇒  (8+6)/(√x) = √ x  ⇒ 14/(√x) = √ x ⇒ 14 = x ⇒ x = 14  II. y ³- 〖(14)〗^(7/2)/(√y) = 0  ⇒ y ³ = 〖(14)〗^(7/2)/(√y)   ⇒ 〖(y)〗^(7/2) = 〖(14)〗^(7/2)  ⇒ y = 14 Hence, x = y
