Let the length of the rectangular field be ‘l’ m Breadth of the rectangular field = (l – 11) m Therefore, perimeter of the rectangular field = 2 ×(l + l – 11) = (4l – 22) m According to the question, 4l – 22 = 450/5 Or, 4l = 90 + 22 Or, l = 112/4 = 28 metres
