     Area of square = 361 cm², Side of square = 19 cm  Area of rectangle = (l x b)  Length = (19 x 1.5 = 28.5) cm  Breadth = (19 x 1.2 = 22.) cm  Area of rectangle = (28.5 x 22.8 = 649.8) cm²  Required ratio = 361/649.8 = 5/9 = 5:9
