    Quantity of milk in mixture P = 7/12 × 84 = 49 ml Quantity of water in mixture P = 5/12 × 84 = 35 ml Quantity of milk in mixture Q = 5/9 × 27 = 15 ml Quantity of water in mixture Q = 4/9 × 27 = 12 ml Desired Ratio = (49 + 15):(35 + 12) = 64:47 = 64:47
