ATQ, Let the quantity of milk in the initial mixture be 'x' litres. Since, after the addition of 10 litres of water, the ratio of milk and water becomes 4:5, the quantity of water in the initial mixture will be (5/4)×x−10 litres. 
Therefore, the quantity of milk in the mixture = x = 120 litres.
