    ATQ, Let the total profit received by ‘Abhijeet’ and ‘Vivek’ be Rs. 15a Therefore, profit received by ‘Abhijeet’ = 15a × (4/15) = Rs. 4a Profit received by ‘Vivek’ = 15a – 4a = Rs. 11a Let the total sum invested be ‘b’ Therefore, sum invested by ‘Abhijeet’ = 0.6b And, sum invested by ‘Vivek ’ = 0.4b Let ‘Vivek’ invested his sum for ‘m’ months Therefore, (0.6b × 12):(0.4b × m) = 4a:11a Or, m = (0.6 × 12 × 11)/(0.4 × 4) = 49.5 months
