    ATQ, Selling price of the Wheat flour bag = 1.3 × 3420 = Rs.4446 Therefore, marked price of the Wheat flour bag = 4446 + 513 = Rs. 4959 Therefore, percentage by which Wheat flour bag is marked above its cost price  = {(4959 – 3420)/3420} × 100 = 45% Therefore, p = 45
