    Time is taken by pipe C to empty the full pool = 25 × 2 = 50 minutes Let the capacity of the pool = 50 units Number of units of water filled by pipe A alone in one minute = 50/25 = 2 units Number of units of water filled by pipe B alone in one minute = 50/50 = 1 units Number of units of water emptied by pipe C alone in one minute = 50/50 = 1 units Required time taken = 50/(2 + 1 – 1) = 25 minutes
