    We can say that cost price of the digital watch for shopkeeper be Rs.'100a' So,  (1.8 × 0.85 × 0.80 × 100a) = (2400/1.2) – 164 = 1836 122.4a = 1836 a = 15 So, cost price of the digital watch for shopkeeper = Rs.1500
