    II. 2y2 – 15y + 13 = 0

    Solution

    I. x2 – 13x + 40 = 0 Pairs are (-5 and -8) Values after changing sign = 5,8 II. 2y2 – 15y + 13 = 0 Pairs are = -2,-13 Values after changing sign = 2, 13 and divide by 2 = (1,6.5) Hence, relationship between x and y cannot be established.
