    Solution

    I. 8/(21x) - 2/7 = 0 ⟹ x = 2/7× 21/8 = 3/4 II.16y² - 24y + 9 = 0 ⟹ (4y – 3)² = 0 ⟹ y = 3/4 ∴ x = y
