    ATQ, we can say that, Let EMI per month of Mohit will be =  100 – (20 + (80 x ½) + 80 x (½))% 100 – (20 + 20 + 40) 100 – (80) Therefore, difference will be = 100 – 80 = 20% His monthly saving is 20% is taken as 20 unit Then yearly saving will be = (20 x 12) = 240 unit Given the value of 240 unit is 60,000 Than, 240 unit = Rs.60,000 1 unit value  is = 60000/240 = 250 Than 100 unit value will be = 100 x 250 = Rs.25,000
