    Speed of train = 1000/20 = 50 m/sec Let the speed of the man be ‘s’ m/sec Relative speed of the train = (50 – s) m/sec According to the question, (50 – s) = 1000/40 Or, s = 50 – 25 = 25 Therefore, speed of the man = 80 m/sec
