    Let total work = 24 units {LCM of (12 and 24)} Efficiency of ‘A’ = 24/12 = 2 units/day Efficiency of ‘B’ = 24/24 = 1 units/day Wages received by ‘A’ and ‘B’ will directly proportion to their efficiency. So share of ‘B’ = 24000 × (1/3) = Rs 8000
