Let the efficiency of a man be '5a' units/day. So, the efficiency of a woman = 0.70 × 5 = '3.5a' units/day. Total work = 14 × 3.5a × 8 × 30 = '11760a' units. So, time taken by 28 men working 5 hours a day to complete the work: = 11760a ÷ (28 × 5a × 5) = 16.8 days.
