Together, the two pipes fill the tank in 50 minutes, so together they fill 1/50th part in one minute. => 1/x + 5/x = 1/50 ⇒ 6/x = 1/50 ⇒ x = 300 minutes ∴ Pipe B alone fills the tank in 300 minutes.
