    Solution

    Let the length of the train be 'x' metres.

    And speed of the train = 36 X (5/18) = 10 m/s

    So, {(x + 120) /10} = 18

    Or, x + 120 = 180

    So, x = 60

    So, required time = {(240 + 60) /10} = 30 seconds
