    Given statement: O < N = M < L, Q < P ≥ M ≤ R Combined statement:  R ≥ M < L, Q < P ≥ M < L, O < N = M ≤ R For conclusion I - R > O, it follows.  For conclusion II - Q ≤ L, there is no relation between Q and L, it doesn’t follows.
