    Solution

     PZ is an immediate neighbor of both KZ and RZ, means PZ is seated between KZ and RZ.  OZ is second to the right of KZ.  NZ is an immediate neighbor of both LZ and QZ. This means QZ/LZ will occupy either of the immediate left and right seats to NZ. Final arrangement is as shown below: From the above arrangement, it is clear that MZ is exactly between KZ and OZ.
