    Solution

    No Necklace is Bangle (E) + All Bangle is Ring (A) → Some Ring are not Necklaces (O*). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Some Locket is Necklace (I) + No Necklace is Bangle (E) → Some Locket are not Bangle (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow. No Necklace is Bangle (E) → Conversion → Some Bangle is not Necklace (O). Hence conclusion III follows.
