Arrange the following in the English alphabetical order: (i) Palatine (ii) Palatalize                       (iii) Palatial (iv) Palatinate 

We can see that first six letters are same in three words. But in the word Palatalize sixth letter is A. So, Palatalize will be the first word. Now, we will see seventh letter in Palatine, Palatial and Palatinate i.e. N, A and N respectively. We came to know that Palatial is the second word. As N appears two times so we will see eighth letter in Palatine and Palatinate i.e. E, A respectively. So, Palatinate and Palatine will be third and fourth letter respectively.
