Conclusion b → W & Z → W > Z (W = X, X > Y and Y ≥ Z → W > Z) so, it is true.   Conclusion c → V # Y → V = Y   There is no relation between V and Y in the statement Z ≤ Y < X = W > V ≥ U so, it is not true.
