    In the question below there are three statements followed by three conclusions I, II and III.     Cap is Surface. No Surface is Structure. Conclusion: I. Some Structure can be Bottle. II. Some Bottle is not Surface. III. Some Structure is Cap.

    Solution

    Only a few Bottle is Cap (I) + No Cap is Surface (E) → Some Bottle are not Surface (O) + No Surface is Structure (E) → → Probable conclusion → Some Structure can be Bottle (I). Hence conclusion I and II follows. No Cap is Surface (E) + No Surface is Structure (E) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
