    Solution

    G = H ≥ T ≥ I > Q ≤ R = N                No relationship can be established between N and G. Hence conclusion I does not follow.   G = H ≥ T ≥ I > Q ≤ R = N                H > Q. Hence conclusion II is true. G = H ≥ T ≥ I > Q ≤ R = N                 No relationship can be established between T and R. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
