    Solution

    After interchange each vowel with following letter and each consonant with previous letter as per the English alphabetical series in the word ‘NERVOUS’ = MFQUPVR. Third from the right and first from the right in the newly formed word ‘MFQUPVR’ are 'P' and 'R'. There is only letter between P and R i.e. Q.
