    Solution

    Second pair of letters are exactly in opposite position of first pair and difference between the letters within the pair is 2. For example U is opposite of F, S is opposite of H, Q is opposite of J. F+2=H, H+2=J But in pair VTQ : EGJ, V+2=T, T+3=Q. Hence VTQ : EGJ is odd one out.
