Flat X of floor 2 is exactly above the Flat X of floor 1 and so on. V lives just above R whereas V lives in Flat Z. P and R doesn’t live on the same floor. U lives just above P but not in the same flat. U and W live in the same flat, whereas W lives east of T. Only one person lives between I and Q, and they are living on the same floor.
