P live above
X. A live above W but not immediately. W does not live immediately above or immediately below R.Y lives on 7th floor. Two person live between Y and Z. S live immediately above Z. There is as many person living above S as below Q. Five persons live between X and C, who lives below Y. Only one person live between Y and R.B lives below R

There is no floor empty for Q in CASE2 so CASE2 is cancelled out. P live above X. Five persons live between X and C, who lives below Y.
