'51x' ATQ, 12.5% of 51x = 765 Or, (1/8) × 51x = 765 [because, 12.5% = (1/8) ] Or, 51x = 6120 Or, x = 120 So, the income of Arjun = 100x = 100 × 120 = Rs. 12,000
