    Only a few English are Science (I) → Probable conclusion → All Science may be English (I). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Some Science are not Hindi (O) → Probable conclusion → Some Hindi may not be Science (I). Hence conclusion II follows. Some English are Science (I) + Some Science are not Hindi (O) → No conclusion.
