You have to take the four given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follow from the four statements disregarding commonly known facts.

    Statements: Some Lessons are Chapters. No

    Chapter is Topic. Only a few Topics are Paragraphs. Only Paragraph is Content. Conclusions: I. Some Topics are not Paragraphs. II. Some Chapters can never be Contents. III. All Paragraphs can be Chapters.

    Solution

    Only a few Topics are Paragraphs → Some Topics are Paragraphs (I) and Some Topics are not Paragraphs (O). Hence conclusion I follows. Only Paragraph is Content → All Contents are Paragraphs and Contents cannot have positive relation with anyone but here in question conclusion is negative. Hence conclusion II follows. No Chapter is Topic (E) + Some Topics are Paragraphs (I) → Some Paragraphs are not Chapters (O*) → Probable conclusion → Some Paragraphs can be Chapters (I). Hence conclusion III does not follow.
