    Solution

    Only tyre is wheel → All wheels are tyre and wheel cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion II follows.   Some pole are rope (I) + Some rope are tyre (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion III follows.
