    In each of the questions below are given three

    statements followed by two conclusions numbered I and  II. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts. Read all the conclusions and then decide which of given conclusions logically follows from the given  statements disregarding commonly known facts. Statements:      Some temples are not schools. All hospitals are banks. No school is a hospital. Conclusions :      I. Some hospitals are not temples. II. Some temples are hospitals.

    Solution

    Some temples are not schools (O) + No school is a hospital (E) ⇒ No conclusion. Hence, conclusion I & II does not follow but they will make a complementary pair.
