    All arts are physics

    All accounts are physics

    Conclusion:

    I. Some physics are arts.

    II. Some account are arts.

    Solution

    All arts are physics (A) →  Conversion →  Some physics are arts (I). Hence conclusion I follows. All arts are physics (A) + All accounts are physics (A) →  Conversion →  Some physics are accounts (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
