A None follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B Only I follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Only either I or III follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Only either II or III follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E None of these Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

Some papers are not books (O) + All books are pencils (A) ⇒ No conclusion. Hence neither conclusion I nor III follows but it will make a complementary pair. Hence either conclusion I or III follows. All pens are papers (A) + Some papers are not books (I) ⇒ No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
