    Solution

    No circle is a tangent(E) + Some tangents are perpendiculars (I) ⇒ Some perpendiculars are circles (O*). Hence, conclusion I does not follow but conclusion II follows. Some tangents are perpendiculars (I) ⇒ Probable conclusion ⇒ All perpendiculars may be tangents (A). Hence, conclusion III follows.
