    Solution

    Some tiger are lion (I) ⇒ Conversion ⇒ Some lion are tiger (I). Hence, conclusion I will not follow. Some tiger are lion (I) + No cat is a elephant (E)  ⇒ Some tiger are not elephant(O). H ence, conclusion II will not follow.
