    Solution

    All Railway is Great (A) + Only a few Great is Cheap → Probable conclusion → Some Railway is Cheap (I) + No Cheap is Platform → Probable conclusion → All Railway can be Cheap (A). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. Some Great is Cheap (I) + No Cheap is Platform (E) → Some Great is not Platform (O). Hence conclusion II follows.
