Hence conclusion I follows. No Harpic is Pesticide (E) → Conversion → No Pesticide is Harpic (E) + Only a few Harpic is Lizol (I) → Some Lizol are not Pesticide (O*). Only a few Lizol is Detergent (I) + Some Lizols are not Pesticides (O*) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow. Only a few Harpic is Lizol (I) + Only a few Lizol is Detergent (I) → Probable conclusion → Some Detergents can be Harpics (I). Hence conclusion III follows.
